⚡ TMJ Kya Hai
TMJ = Temporomandibular Joint — woh joint jo jawda skull se connect karta hai. Jab yeh joint ya iske muscles mein problem hoti hai — subah jaw pain, click sound, muh theek se nahi khuln paata. Bahut common — aur zyaadatar manageable without surgery.

TMJ Disorder Kyun Hota Hai

2. Stress

3. Bite Problem (Malocclusion)
