- ✅ Cold compress bahar se: 15-20 min on, 15 min off — sujan kam karta hai
- ✅ Ibuprofen + Paracetamol: Dard aur sujan dono ke liye — adult dose
- ✅ Namak paani se kulla: Halka warm — infection thodi flush
- ❌ Garm compress nahi: Infection aur spread hoti hai heat se
- ❌ Antibiotics khud mat lo bina prescription ke — kaunsi leni hai woh infection type pe depend
